Professional Development of Employees includes assessment of the skills, competencies, knowledge and skills, as well as competencies and knowledge of Workers. Additionally, it involves development of their techniques and competencies of Employees. The assessment of the abilities, competencies and knowledge of Workers include but isn't limited to: Staff training sessions should be planned in advance so that everything will be smooth sailing.
