Self-Assurance Bank

I'm building a bank on accounts of confidence.  Accounts are credited when an action moves you toward a goal or priority.  You deposit "confidence coins" in your account.  Deposit everytime you demonstrate a confident attitude.  Imagine how you will feel about yourself each time you make a deposit.  Keep a confidence bankbook and tally your deposits.  (My idea: challenge) Challenge yourself and think about tallying the withdraws.  A withdraw is when you demonstrate a negative attitude.  After you get into the habit of just tallying deposits, building your confidence, then challenge yourself by including withdraws.  There are two sides.  Carl Jung.
My therapists encouraged me to start thinking about gratitude.  What am I grateful for?  I am now writing down three things I am grateful for each day.  I think it's a positive exercise.  It makes me feel full.  Happy.  I don't hear the negative chatter.  Gratitude helps us return to our natural state of joyfulness where we notice what's right instead of what's wrong.
