Seizures

It's been a long time since I last posted an entry. I would very much like feedback on this one.  I was fired from my state job in May, due to seizures that occurred at work.  The Rx I was taking was at the correct level for me. Dilantin. I'd been on it for over 10 years.  Nothing changed, just out of the blue. Wham! 3 seizures at work. Now I've been home for the past 3 months. Going to doctors and I just came back from getting results from blood work. Everything looks great. It still doesn't explain the seizures I had at work. I've since been changed from Dilantin to Tegretol. No seizures. Taken an EEG and CT scan. Everything appears normal. No abnormal lesions or anything on or near the brain. My doctor wants to send me to either Shreveport, now New Orleans, LA. for more tests. I don't know what tests. The letter does not specify.  In the meantime, I'm home, no job, getting unemployment. But I only have a couple months left before I have nothing coming in. I've applied for SSI and was denied. Applied for SS Disability and so far, my case is still pending. 3 doctors have told me not to drive. So I am totally dependent on others to get around town for me needs. I am so frustrated and angry and confused. I just don't know what to do anymore.  The more I pray for answers, the more confused I get. I'm scared to do anything. I'd love to hear from anyone out there who has had similar experiences. Thank you.
