Seems like no cares
It's seems liks this family doesn't care how I feel/felt They just wanted a little brother for their son, to take the burden and stress off them. Don't they know that this stresses other's out??
Hw is their broblem, not mine or anyone elses. I have tryed to say something to my mother about this, She said it was 35's yrs ago, don't worry about it. And I know I shouldn't, I am trying to push this out of my mind, But, Keep's coming back haunting me.
I sid this s.i.t (Counsellor in training) At a camp for special need's people..........Anyway, the guy that trained me (or at least Attemped to) Observed, tht if I don't talk about thing's I'm going to errupt.
So, I don't to put this family down, that's not my intent,
I was telling my therapist about this family, And used a line from A Beatles song "We can work it out" try to see it my way, I try to see it Your way (didn't actually say try to see it yiur way)
Also I never really knew when or if they were gonna bring their sor over to confront me, Someone on this group had made the suggestion that I call the cop's, That won;t work Because, Evryone is protecting HIM , And he try's to tell them I stole something from him, Mym parent's might say I did, Just to protect him, and it will work against me, And the cop's will end up taking me to jail.
This guy does have a way of turning People against me, Knew another guy like that, He tryed to trow people under the bus.
Ths Downsyndrome guy's sister, said on Facebook. to "keep Your discomport to Yourself" I keep on thinking that was directed tward me, People can keep their discomfort to themselves, But, people have breaking point's
The whole reason they can't say anything, Is he get's Upset, That's Why they bring him to people to confront them, part of them "Humoring" Him, Also, Like I've said VERY VERY into their religion......Judge not, less be judged IE; they think we're Judging their son, People are not, they are just concerned. What they mean By judging is making unfair assumtion's without knowing a person, When ANYONE that know's a Downssyndrome person, Know's They are Very Intelagent Very positive people, But, he use to yell and scream at me, he wasn't
Just wish I could tell these people this

I am glad you're writing this in your journal. I will say this. It's not your problem to say anything to those people.
You need to put your well-being first. Make choices that work better for you. Every time they bring this person over, go to the bathroom and step back that way if necessary. That's a non confrontation way to remove yourself from being in close contact in the moment.
Why do you think 'telling' them would make a difference. It will definitely make them defensive. Their usual manipulation puts you in the hot seat, and once you change your choices, it changes what happens.
Take time to build up your confidence in your well-being. You can do this for you!
Thanks Mid,
I have a lot of fear about this, These people are very musical too, I also have the fear My friend's Kid's thinking I just started playing guitar, and them convincing themselves I don't what I'm doing, and trying to teach me stuff I know already know, It's been three year's since I said I would post something........And i can see why might think that.
and their dad (My friend did tell me he was "Silly and goofy") I'll start playing with my music, And he'll start playing Air-drum's or air guitar.......or doing or saying something else that makes me feel Uncomfortable, THIS DOWNSYNDROME GUY LIKESS STUFF LIKE THAT, I don't.
My mother has always told people that I have a dry sence of humor, But, expects me to just play along.
I'll be the first one to admit......She will too, That I don't Identify with other disabled people, cause I don't feel disabled, But, I am.
A lot of anxiety........That I'm trying to forget, Wish I had someone here to help me, with these issues.
Ah, you are so smart to NOT identify as 'disabled'. Hurrah for you!
It's difficult when others want to lump you together in a single 'disabled' group which certainly does not fit you.
Keep focusing on the positive for your well-being, and know with music, eventually, you'll find the right group to jam with and learn with, when you're ready for that.
Let the rest go. It's not going to matter in a year's time, or five, or a decade from now. (Odd to put it that way, so if this does not work for you, find the distance method that does work for you.
