Seeking advice on a how to help a friend with cancer

I have a friend of mine, she is in stage four Leukemia, this is her third round with cancer, this is the first time its been this bad. She recently got married, something she thought she would never be able to do. A few weeks ago she was told she had 6-12 months, and treatment was no longer working so she is choosing not to have anymore. Her husband has moved in to a hotel and is having a super hard time with her choice.
 
I don't know how to help her. She seems settled in her choice, but...i don't know sometimes it doesnt sound like she is. And her husband is totally not okay with it.
 
What can i do to help? i can't cure her or solve all the problems but how cani be there for them emotionally? (we live around 1000 miles apart
