Second Week
Going into 2nd week since dad went to hospital. They placed him in a mental unit to access his issue. I haven't called, haven't been to visit. I don't know how he is doing. It's the hardest thing I've ever done.
A few nights ago I had a dream where I was lost and trapped in an alley. It was getting dark. Doesn't take a dream expert for that one.

Hang on. The health care system works very slow especially at Christmas. I will repeat you are doing what you need to do out of love for both yourself and your dad. Let the domino\'s fall into place and then you can step back in as the loving supportive dgt you are. I know the wait is very hard emotionally If you need some inspiration come to widow and widowers faith board. Sharon our CL just joined. It really is a healing place.
Good advise Gerald222. The health system does grind on . Your dad needs to be evaluated and observed. Will the Dr\'s talk to you ? That way you can get some information. Hang in there you did the best thing for your dad.
