Second Opinion
Per the head of Neurology/Stroke Specialist with 20+ years of experience, my stroke was caused by a congenital narrowing of the right artery which leads to the cerebellum. Surgery will not correct this and my dizziness is caused by Bppv (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo). The best method now would be Vestibular Therapy which I am receiving. The dizziness may or may not improve. Ordering more tests and the tiredness and brain fog could be multi-causal-stroke, sleep apnea, thyroid and other factors. They will continue to monitor and look more at the records. There is nothing I could have done to prevent this unless it was found 40 years ago. I was just lucky/unlucky enough to have this happen. I am feeling a little bummed out.
