Sea of Judgment

I was shown in this mornings meditation how we (I) live in a sea of judgment. The sea is full of judgment and I learned these judgments from others who had their sea of judgments.
I was shown how "projection" onto others is coming from my own personal judgments; which again, I learned and believed to be right. I was shown how these 'projections of others' is really a gift if I am willing to look within myself and see where it is something in me that needs to be looked at; healed one might say. i.e.: Being a 'phony' was one of my biggest projections. As I have said, I could spot a phony a million miles away because I was the biggest one. This has been undone a lot in me, but there is still a little projection about it.
Sometimes I am able to rise above the judgments I have of myself and connect with the Truth of who I am; Love. Sometimes I can connect with my Inner Light and am shown how I do the very thing I am projecting outwardly.
All this being said...I heard "it is ok when you go back in judgment again; do not judge yourself for that. Just be willing once again to rise above it. Your judgment comes from your "separation" of WHO YOU TRULY ARE. Who everyone truly is! LOVE/LIGHT/INNOCENCE. So, in the meantime, embrace the judgments as they are there to be healed and create the opening that has been closed due them."
This is all hard to explain, but it brought tears and I felt great compassion for ALL!

\'The moon stays bright when it doesn\'t avoid the night\' Rumi. I like this quote as I am looking at the parts of me I am uncomfortable with, my darker parts. I keep falling into judgment too. I\'m allowing it but reminding myself to live through my heart and not my head...love you Vicki xx
