scumbag judge!!

the court date came and went... the stupid scumbag worthless judge didn't even care one bit to be there or to even hear out the case. he didn't want to see any evidence, didn't want to call my witness up, didn't even want to hear what i had to say!!! he wasn't paying attn to ANYTHING that was goin on!! kept asking me the same damn 2 questions over and over bcuz he was day deaming the whole time!!! worthless piece of shit waste of a life judge! all he wanted to do was make a ruling and go home! so basically i lost the case. he probably just wanted to go home and play golf with his scum bag buddies! and on the back of the paper work it says i can't appeal the judges decision. i wanted to strangle that damn son of a bitch of a so called judge! i was thinin of digging into this guy's history of rulings and taking it to the press. maybe i can report him to the district Bar or something. either way, something has to be done about this guy! he can't wear the outfit and "skate" thru his job NOT actually doing his job!!!  i've been sick for over a week now... started as a cold, but 2 days later went to my chest. i have a real bad history of bronchitis and had pneumonia, too. anytime i get a cold it goes straight to my lungs. it's bad enough i have asthma! hopefully i get better soon so i can get on with life! you know, go back to the beach 3x a week, get my FMS group back off the ground again, etc. Matthew caught the cold i have and then mom came down with it. so we're all pretty much sick. Matthew is already getting better tho, but for me, it usually stays for quite a while since it always goes down to my lungs. for Christmas i usually make my bacon wrapped turkey, but this time i'm gonna make pomegranite marinated lamb leg. it'll be marinated in pomegranite juice, red wine, and some lemon juice. of course before i shove it in the oven, i'll put some herbs on it and cloves. Mmmmmm........ I can't wait! what are all you doing for Christmas? hopefully it'll be delicious!
