School System

I got a call yesterday, and found out that my girl was sat down before the entire class last year so that all the other children could tell her what she did wrong to upset them. They completely humiliated her in front of her entire class, and set her up to be a target of abuse by the other children. This year, she's  been getting into trouble, and they have called in a Risk Assessor, because the principal thinks that she is dangerous. She apparently threatened another student.  This girl is very defensive, and being picked on. It has gotten to the point that every word out of the girl's mouth is reported to the teacher and principal and the girl gets punished. This is completely out of hand, and the principal will not let up.  Monday, the girl told a friend that she was afraid that two of the other kids were going to hurt her, and she spent half a day in solitary confinement because of it. The principal has made it very clear that she doesn't want my girl in her school and that no matter what the issue is, it is my girl's fault and the other children, the poor, innocent other children, are afraid of her and completely blameless for any and all incedents. I'm going to have to transfer my girl to another school, I think. I don't see how this completely out of hand situation can be resolved in such a way that she will be safe at this school, especially when the principal is to blame for the situation!
