SCD Day 2

I started the day out with 2 scrambled eggs.  For lunch I had chicken soup with a broiled beef patty...neither one I really enjoy.  My nausia kicked in again after lunch.  The thought of chicken is making me sick so I may need to give the chicken soup a little break, although I know it's crucial in this healing period.  I had a couple more scrambled eggs in the afternoon and tried a little bit of the banana bread I made (stage 1).  For dinner I had MORE scrambled eggs with a beef patty.  I got really nausious again after dinner and had a few more Tums.  I also sneaked some dried apples which I've now learned is the last stage and should still be limited...oops.  I just wanted anything to help with the nausia and they sounded good.  I'm officially sick of chicken soup, beef patties and getting close to eggs :o(.  I know I need to stay on this intro diet for the full 5 days but I just don't know if I can with the nausia I'm experiencing.  I'm wondering if it could be the eggs?  I don't see how if the thought of the other things make me sick and the eggs don't.  I have know idea what I would do without eggs during this intro diet.  I suck at eating good foods.  I think once I can top things off with some cheese I'll be much better off.  I'm also excited about getting my yogurt maker, that will at least be something new!  I'm a little confused about adding new things if I still have diarrhea.  I know the diet says to hold off BUT I've also read to stay on the intro diet no more than 5 days.  I go back to work tomorrow and am concerned about my energy.  I'm doing great all morning but by the afternoon I'm tired and nausious.  My daughter and I made apple sauce today that I may try tomorrow.  I also have the banana bread which is mainly bananas and eggs with a little vanilla and honey (which I should of held off on putting in).  I'm also a little concerned that they weren't ripe enough but I figured cooking them may help?  Probably not.  It amazes me that two days ago I was stuffing my face with everything under the sun and now I'm concerned if my bananas were ripe enough.  I'm still so excited to feel healthy again.  I'm not thinking too far in the future...that would drive me crazy.  Since I've been home the last few days I've also tried to read as much positive information on the SCD to help keep me motivated.  One thing that sucks (besides the nausia) is all the dishes! :o)
