scary, unfriendly, smoker

Saturday one of the unfriendly smokers in the building where I live confronted me as I started walking up the steps---to complain about me putting bird seed at small tree in front of the apt building.  I had made the mistake of throwing seed at the tree while she was outside smoking in the daytime, smoking to the side of the manager's window, where she can't be seen; there's a rule of not smoking out front, so I figured this smoker wouldn't say anything.

After this smoker yelled at me, a neighbor told me the smoker was looking for my apt, to bang on my door to yell at me; so I took decorations off my door in case she would ruin them.

This woman is scary, pushed one tenant in a wheelchair to the floor, and makes trouble for a lot of people in the building.  I'll try not to feed the poor birds this winter in order to avoid her hatefullness.
