Scarey event
Last night I almost choked on a stupid piece of pasta. I'm not sure what happened. One minute my husband and I were just sitting there eating dinner the next it was stuck in my windpipe and I couldn't make a sound. I panicked cause I couldn't say anything and I could feel it and couldn't take a breath. So I jumped to my feet and ran to my counter and kind of draped myself over it a little it. I think it must have dislodged it a bit. My husband got up and is like what's wrong told him something was stuck in my throat and having trouble breathing. So I did a nebulizer treatment thinking it may improve my airway. It didn't . He called ambulance and off we went to the hospital. They did an ct scan and xray turns out that scratched the throat. When we got home later was coughing and coughed up a solid piece of something... so scarey!

dear Lesley, god bless your heart. i\'m so sorry to hear about the very scary experience you had. i hope you\'re ok, and that you feel much better, very soon. it\'s so scary, when we begin to choke like that, i\'ve had it happen to me a few times before. i\'m thankful you\'re alright, and back home, resting.
