Yes, your Uncle if he is your 'legal guardian, meaning if your Mom and Dad named him to take care of you in a will/legal doc/or because he is next of kin...he is getting money from social security most likely...or some type of financial assistance....All Adoptive Parents, DCF Foster Care Parents get money to support their children..
