Scan Yesterday

I had my scan yesterday and all is well. I couldn't believe my eyes! I still can't! This whole process, I have been so pessimistic about the outcome and right now, it is the best it could possibly be. I feel like I am going to jinx myself by typing that! Ugh!
As far as symptoms go, the only thing I have noticed is that my breasts are a bit sore, I am pretty tired and that my fitness level has plummeted....ok that could also be due to the fact that I haven't exercised like a demon for a while...but still, a 3 mile run this morning was a colossal effort-my heart rate was through the roof and I wasn't running at my normal pace. Apart from that, nothing. I guess that I am one of the lucky ones. Which is true..in many ways, lucky enough to live in a country that has IVF treatments available, and luckier still to be able to afford them.
I went through a phase of being grateful for three things every day for a whole month....it really out things into perspective..perhaps I should start doing that again. I have beaten myself up quite a bit for the negative attitude I have had during the IVF process and don't want to dwell on it....hopefully I can learn a valuable lesson from it all.
Ok thats me for the day. I hope all is well with everyone else.

So glad to hear that your scan went well! Every woman is different with her symptoms, so don\'t freak out that you aren\'t feeling what\'s \"normal.\" I didn\'t have a bout of morning sickness, and I\'ve got three cooking in here! Follow your doctor\'s orders, and make sure to get plenty of rest. Congrats, momma! :)
