SCAN TIME
Hello to all my cyber buddies, Steve will have scans tomorrow. It will be a very long day because he also has a heart echo scheduled. A late dr apppintment will make it a day long event! I counted one time how many scans he has had and it was 30 something range, close to 40 if I remember correctly. I am not complaining because that means he has survived to have them. Diagnosed in 1998 puts him a survival rate that is amazing! I am telling this again to give hope to all the new members of this site. Don't let the doctors tell you how long you have to live! The one above only knows that. Live strong and to the fullest! Work on that bucket list and put your trust in GOD, he will help you thru this! We are living proof of this. Notice how I say we? Thats because we are in this together. We would appreciate your prayers tomorrow!
Hope everyone had a pleasant Thanksgiving and now on to Christmas! God bless all who reads this!
Love,
Wanda

Wanda..I will be thinking of you and Steve...I remember so well waiting for the results of those scans...you have been blessed. I hope Steve results are the best they can be ...what a wonderful early Christmas gift that would be for you...look forward to hear how things turn out ...Hugs, Ellen
Will be praying for good results on the scan and echo! Ray will have scans on December 14th....so relate to the anxiety.
Dear Wanda, You and Steve will be in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow. I remember the first time I read about Steve\'s successful battle with MRCC...it gave me such hope finding someone out there who has survived this cancer longer than my M. I think the advances in medicine allowed M many more years of life than what was expected when he was first diagnosed in 2002. I pray that Steve will be able to see the day that the cure is found for this disease. Good luck tomorrow. Love, Linda

Wanda - more than anything I agree 100% with what you say - DON\'T let doctors tell you how long you have to live. D has now outlived the prognosis he was given by almost 2 years...and as for your mighty Steve!!!!
Sending you much love, hope, prayers, and a big big hug. Those results will be just fine. holding your hand across the ocean all day long
all my love, Meriel
