SCAMMED AGAIN and lied to.
ok, excuse me, but i am quite pissed right now. what the fuck did i do, in this life or another, to keep getting screwed. i sold a laptop online, using paypal. i shipped it and everything. i was told BY PAYPAL email, that they needed the tracking number, and had the funds on hold till the tracking number was recieved. they were the SAME e mails i had gotten to confirm my account. so i sent the item, sent the tracking number, and got a payment confirmation. THERE WAS NO MONEY. i called paypal. they said it was invalid e mail, that it was easy for people to copy their e mails, and that i was not the first person they talked to. THERE WAS NOTHING, ON THEIR WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE, TO WARN ANYONE OF THIS!!!!!im pissed. so now im out the 62.00 for shipping, and i have to try to get back my laptop, and everyone knows im fucking broke. that was all i had. ive had my horses sold or leased TWICE, and been stood up as i waited around for them all day to show up with a trailer. WHAT THE FUCK. how the hell am i going to do this now? and my fucking step dad kicked me out, over penut butter, cause i told my sister i wanted the last of the chunky penut butter i bought, and that they had already eaten all the other snacks. so she tells my dad that i was yelling at her, and i wouldnt let her borrow my ipod shuffle, so she was pissed. my 13 year old sister. WHAT THE FUCK, WHY CANT I GET A FUCKING BREAK. I NEEDED THAT MONEY. IVE BEEN TRYING TO MOVE OUT. MY STEP DAD WONT LET ME PRINT ANYMORE RESUMES ON HIS COMPUTER, SAYS I SHOULD USE MY OWN THINGS. I DONT HAVE ANYTHING. IVE SOLD IT ALL, OR GIVEN IT AWAY. ARE PEOPLE JUST OUT TO HURT ME? WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF FAMILY IS THIS? ANY OTHER TIME I COULD DEAL WITH THIS SCAM SHIT, BUT NOW? NOW OF ALL THINGS? any ideas? i want to report this fucker as much as i can. im thinking about filing a police report, but i have to wait till tomarrow, but that wont work cause i dont have reciepts for the laptop, cause it was from my ex. FUCK. sorry about the profanity for those more sensitive readers, but im pissed, and right now cursing is all i can do. so FUCK. too much at once.

OK, kicked out over peanut butter is over the top. For you health and the baby\'s too, you do need a more serene environment. Second, you won\'t need a receipt to file a report; the item description will give an idea of the value. File a police report and a complaint with Paypal also, and do it soon. Your shipping receipt will be proof that you sent it, also the email you responded to asking for the tracking number, make a copy of it; and forward it to Paypal also. They have a resolution center, follow their recommendations.
That said, it will take time and in the meantime you need to slow down and breathe. Yes it all seems too hard, but again, you are better than all this, smarter and with the ultimate reason , the baby, to use your smarts to move on. I have faith in you. And always remember, YOU didn\'t do anything, these situations are beyond your control, but you can change your reaction to them. Be proactive, take care of you and the baby. Love, hang in there~

It doesn\'t matter that you dont have receipts. Just print off (if dad will let you) the listing on ebay (hopefully it has a photo of laptop?), and also take your proof of postage and tracking number - that is enough proof. Your stepdad is overreacting, isn\'t he. Cant you wait till he\'s calmed down a bit and appeal to his common sense? Hope it all goes well. Heather x
You really can\'t seem to get a break right now, can you? This is terrible. I sell on Ebay a lot, and use Paypal, and have never had anything like this happen; when Paypal says the money is there, it is.
As for your stepdad, he IS overreacting. But it does not help you one bit to realize that. Can you get into the local library? If so, then you can use the computers there to print your resumes.
