Scale is still moving in the right direction.

I've been on vacation (stay-cation actually) and the scale is still going down instead of up.  In the past, I would easily gain 10 lbs while off work.  It would be an excuse to eat anything and everything I could get my hands on.  We'd pack tons of unhealthy snacks for a road trip and where we ate dinner was always a destination and nutrition had nothing to do with it.  And...I've had such a great week without all of this.  We were on the go for 5 days straight and the only day my legs were tired was the day we spent shopping at Gurnee Mills outlet mall and that's because there were soo many more stores for me to shop at!  I did have one bad dinner experience.  My family wanted to eat at a buffet.  I thought I could handle it.  I over ate and had to leave the table and go walk around the parking lot while they finished up.  When we got back to the hotel I did "spit up" some.  That was not fun.  No more buffets!  If that's what my family wants, they can go without me.  It's not worth it.
