Scale Finally Moved !!!

WHOOPEE DOO!  Although I had been faithful to my POINTS, and was losing in m appearance, the scale stayed the same for so long, I thought it was broken! Today, Sunday, my weigh-in day, I had lost 3 pounds.  This was after several days of "extra duty", reducing my POINTS drastically.  I wanted to be able to go to my sister's birthday celebration today.  My control there was excellent.  I didn't UNDO MY SUCCESS. Christmas is only four weeks from Thanksgiving, and T. is almost upon us.  I'm still determined to wear that dress by Xmas,and underneath it a powerful body shaper.  Want to look like A SLEEK LEOPARD, NOT A FAT CAT.
