Saw the dr

Double up the Cymbalta trying to combat the pains I have been having again.  I have so many things going wrong with me all at once it's getting hard to determine what is causing things.  One fix causes another issue it is so frustrating trying to find balance. Now I am exhausted, can't get enough sleep!  I was really struggling with fatigue but now the tired is ruling.  Maybe a side effect of the medication change?  Any ideas on battling exhaustion, I can't do caffeine it triggers my Colitis so I have to keep it to a minimum. I am having trouble getting through the day at work.
