I see where you can upload pictures but can't find where to save Any help

Go to the bottom of this page where is says: FAQ and they have directions on how to upload pictures. There are still only the two places, the avatar and cover photo that can be added. Hope that helps?

Thanks and what happened to the pictures we had uploaded before the change?

I did everything to change the cover Photo...but after putting the Pic in place, could not find a submit button....????????????????????????

I still can't change my cover photo or avatar I get an error message every time. Very strange as I was changing my cover photo quite regularly before.
