To make a long story short,  I went out for my friend's birthday last night, and i had a great time. However, my day at work was really really long and my eating wasnt so great....and then after i left the party i went to mcdonalds for fries and a mcflurry then same come and ate some more. so i made a new goal: to not eat after a night out. its so pointless when i really think about it. yeah, it sounds so good at the time cuz i'm drunk/high but it doesnt feel so great today. besides, i dont need to eat all that right before i go to bed. now i just have to work a little harder at the gym and with my eating to make up for this overindulgence. so here's to my new goal that will help me in my quest to my happy weight.  tonight is my next test since i have plans to go out so no eating on my way home!
