Saturday Amusement
This morning in meditation...NOTHING! I felt there was just not a connection. I was wanting some answers and feeling frustrated that nothing was happening...As I continued to breathe, my mind wondered all over the place and I finally gave up. I made it ok that this happened; after all, maybe God needed Saturday off! :-)
Anyway, as I opened my eyes, I looked at my Patio door that was covered with dirty spots from winter snow, rain, and the absence of cleaning. Right smack dab in the middle was Roman's (my grandson's) little finger/hand prints. I cried. Right smack dab in the middle of all the murk, the dirt, is our Innocence just waiting for us to see. This place that has not been touched by our outer circumstances, this place that is ALWAYS awaiting our return. This LOVE that never ceases.
What a special moment it was! Such a precious reminder.
Happy Saturday everyone. My son has been very sick with the flu and is headed back to work today. I am headed over to do some cleaning for him.

That little boy is such a precious gift to you. You always say that the light shines in the darkest of places... We get what we need when we ask for it and we are open to receiv it.
