Saturday
saturdays seem to be my crying days. I try to keep it together through the week; people count on me. I have a job. I have responsibilities.
Sometimes it works. Mostly. Kind of.
On Saturday everything falls apart. I sit in this house we bought for her. I sit with her dog. I listen to her music. I sit surrounded by photos of our life together and her life before. I remember her. I sit here and cry.

I have done the same for what seems like countless days. Cried a river, suffered guilt and loneliness. Time has helped a little, and venting on this site helps. Try to friend as many people here as you can as they understand your pain and can add their experience and support to you. You could have the exact point your wife was dying, so at some you will have to let that guilt go. Try to be kind to yourself, as her death was never your fault. I have not accomplished all that I am suggesting but I'm trying. Good luck to you.
