Saturaday March 6/10

Well Pat is off to a 2 day seminar 30 minutes from home, he'll be back tonight then go
again in the morning. I feel badly tho as he has really 
been looking forward to this for months and he had a lousy night. Pretty much no 
sleep again. He took 3 imodium before he left as well as metamucil and he has both 
in tablet form with him. Damn die-a-rea. That's how it should be spelled. Make it die and
leave everybody for good. I don't ever remember it being this bad. He is always worried
about having an "accident" and I know he is embarrassed  even around me, he feels so
low sometimes, how can he not get depressed eh? Anyway it is a beautiful sunny but
chilly morning and I am off to work.
