Satan, the creation of Adam, and the fall of Lucifer and Man

 After reading this, you will be able to answer these questions: 1.  What did the Enemy of man fail to perform, and why?2.  Why is the Enemy bent on bringing Man down with him to hell?3.  What 'tool' does the Enemy use to bring Man down?4.  What is the Enemy keeping Man from doing/performing?5.  What promise does the Enemy make to the Believer?6.  What promise does the Enemy make to the Non-believer?6.  What position does the Enemy hate the most  -  which is the position Man is closet to God?7.  How does the Enemy actually plant his ‘seed’ in Man? Note:  To help answer these questions, note that the Enemy (Lucifer) was very close to God and his domain was Earth.  Lucifer worshiped God on every square inch of this little planet.  Unlike the Bible version, he was an invisible being who was always in the company of angels due to his devotion and nearness to God.  Therefore, Lucifer was not an angel as angels do not have free will.  He has free will to either serve God or not.From another religious source: Behold, Your Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay.  When I have fashioned him in due proportion and breathed into him of My Spirit, then fall down prostrate before him."  So the angels fell down prostrate, all of them together.  Not so Lucifer, he was arrogant, and became one of those who reject Faith.   (Note:  This is the postion in which we can get closest to God when we pray). (God) said: "O Lucifer! What prevented You from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with My Hands?  Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones?  He (Lucifer): “I am better than he; You have created me from fire, and You created him from clay.”    (Note:   Satan was prejudice of Adam and that is his number one tool that he uses against man.  He whispers directly to the soul to turn man away from God.) (God) said: "Then get out from here for you are rejected, accursed.  And lo!  My curse shall be on you till the Day of Judgment."  (Lucifer) said: "O my Lord! Give me reprieve till the Day the dead are raised."   He (God) said:  “Surely you are of the reprieved, until the Day of the time appointed.” (Lucifer) said: "Then, by Your power, I will surely make them all live an evil life except the sincere and purified servants.” He (God) said:  “The Truth is, and the Truth I speak, that I will certainly fill Hell with you and those that follow you, every one."  Continued How can you reject faith in God? - seeing that you were without life, and He gave you life; then He will cause you to die, and will again bring you to life; and again to Him will you return. He it is Who created for you all that is in the earth. Then He turned to the heaven, and fashioned it as seven heavens. And He is Knower of all things.  Behold, Your Lord said to the angels: "I will create a viceroy on earth." They said: "Will you place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed blood? - while we celebrate Your praises and sanctify You?" He (God) said: "I know what you know not."  And He taught Adam the names of all things; then He placed these things before the angels, and said: "Tell me the names of these if you are right."  They said: "Glory be to You. We have no knowledge, save what You have taught us.  In truth it is You Who are perfect in knowledge and wisdom."  He said: "O Adam! Inform them of their names." When he had told them, God said: "Did I not tell you that I know the secrets of heaven and earth, and I know what you reveal and what you conceal?"  And behold, We said to the angels: "Prostrate yourselves before Adam" and they bowed down.  Not so Lucifer - he refused and was arrogant.  He was of those who reject Faith.  We said: "O Adam! dwell you and Your wife in the Garden; and eat freely of the fruits thereof wherever you wish; but approach not this tree lest you become wrong-doers."  Then Satan caused them both to fall from it and got them out of the state of happiness in which they had been. We said: "Get down, with enmity between yourselves.   Earth will be your habitation and your means of livelihood for a time (until death)."  Then Adam received words of revelation from his Lord, so He turned to him mercifully; for He is Oft-returning, the Merciful. We said: "Get down from here; but verily Guidance will come to you, and whoever follows My guidance, no fear shall come to them, nor shall they grieve.  (Note:  Adam was the first Prophet). "But those who disbelieve and deny Our revelations, they shall be companions of the Fire; they shall abide therein." Continued more:  "O Adam! dwell you and Your wife in the Garden, and enjoy its good things as you wish; but do not approach this tree, or you will run into harm and transgression."  Then Satan began to whisper suggestions to them, bringing openly before their minds all their shame that was hidden from them.  He said: "Your Lord only forbade you this tree, lest you should become angels or such beings as live for ever."   And he swore unto them saying: "Lo! I am a sincere adviser unto you." So by deceit he brought about their fall.  When they tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they began to sew together the leaves of the garden over their bodies. And their Lord called unto them: "Did I not forbid you that tree, and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?"  They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves.  If you do not forgive us and have mercy on us, surely we are of the lost!"He said: "Go down from here, one of you a foe unto the other. There will be for you on earth a habitation and provision for a while." He said: "Therein shall you live, and therein shall you die, and from it shall you be raised."O you Children of Adam!  We have bestowed raiment upon you to cover your shame, as well as to be an adornment to you.  But the raiment of righteousness, that is the best.  Such are among the Signs of God, that they may receive admonition!  O you Children of Adam!  Do not let Satan seduce you, in the same manner as he got your parents out of the Garden, stripping them of their raiment, to expose their shame.  He and his tribe (the devils) continuously watch you from a position where you cannot see them.   We made the evil ones friends only to those without faith.  When they (mankind) commit lewdness, they say: "We found our fathers doing so"; and "God commanded us thus."  Say to them: "No, God never commands what is shameful.  Do you say of God what you do not know?"And more: Your Lord makes the ship go smoothly for you through the sea, in order that you may seek of his Bounty.   Surely He is ever Merciful to you.  When distress seizes you at sea, those that you call upon - besides Himself - leave you in the lurch!  But when He brings you back safe to land, you turn away from Him, for man was ever thankless! Note:  Know that Satan and his band of devils know every one of your weaknesses and will use them to bring you into the Fire.  They are your only real enemy on this earth.  They use mankind against you.  Its not man himself.  When Satan whispers to your soul, immediately turn all your attention to God alone. Say (to mankind): I seek refuge with the Lord of Mankind, The King of Mankind,  The God of Mankind - from the mischief of the Whisperer of Evil who withdraws after his whisper - Who whispers into the hearts (souls) of mankind, among devils and among Men.Note:  Every one of us has 2 angels assigned, one on each shoulder recording our good and bad deeds, and 1 devil (devil) who whispers evil directly to our soul.   The angel’s recording is ‘uploaded’ into our record twice a day (pre-dawn and in the late afternoon).  "When God fashioned Adam in Paradise, He left him hollow from within.  Then Satan roamed round him to see what 'that' was and found him (Adam) created with a disposition - that he would not have control over himself."    Note:  In other words, God created us weak, with attitude, prone to anger and arrogance, etc. so that we must depend/rely on Him in all situations in order to succeed in this life and enter Heaven, otherwise Satan and his devils will control us here on earth and lead us into Hell.
