Deprogramming from 12 step rip off groups I was in and affiliated with for over 25 years. More than 3 years off AA! Still have some stinking thinking (AA lies) but it is way less and I notice it sooner rather than later! I feel more "well" in the head than I ever have. lol Doesn't even occur to me to drink. Insurance against the first drink, you mean dwelling on it and a spiritual solution every day? Not needed. Hello!

I\'m glad to read that, because people seem to almost worship the 12-step thing, and YES, it has helped many people. I think the main thing is to come out of the darkness, bring in other people to our team, and understand both God\'s ability to help us and the fact that he wants to do so.
