Sanctuary....

The room is not done.  I expected to be done by Saturday evening, now it's Monday.Oh well, should know by now not to set expectations so high.  Painted most of the morning and early afternoon.  Couldn't move very easily Sunday. Went grocery shopping yesterday and had to literally lay down for an hour afterwards.  Did not feel well all day.  I am going walking after work with my daughter.  We have a trail we use to walk all the time before she packed up and moved to Kansas.  It's good weather for it. I'm so glad she moved back.  I have got to lose weight.  It's so hard because it hurts, but I know I'd feel lots better without the extra weight.  I've got to refocus my energy.  Have to stop eating .  Do leg lifts while watching TV, something, anything.
