Same old, same old

Each day blends into another, sadness, loneliness , grief.  I know that this process will take just as long as it takes.  Maybe it will start to get imperceptibly better, but not yet.  I know that I need to build a life from the ashes of 30 years with my Kenny.  But I don't have the slightest idea how to begin.
Was back at my house today with my son to meet with a realtor.  We were looking out at the deck when suddenly I saw a little chickadee sitting on my long empty bird feeder.  Made me smile and think of Ken.  We got such pleasure from watching the birds chow down on the deck. What will happen to the woodpeckers, the cardinals, the goldfinches? What will happen to me?
I miss him so much, I miss us so much...I am so sick of this.

I hear you...I am right there...Also getting the realtor in to sell my home..I find that very depressing in itself...We had so much and now I feel I have nothing...This was not supposed to happen to me this is someone elses life...and then sadly it is my life..

Rosie, thank you for your post. Makes me feel less alone, less unique.
