Sageing-trying to keep busy.

I'm trying to keep busy this morning. My heart hurts.  That week in the RV was like a dream and I woke up to reality.  Yesterday Joe told me he would tell everyone I had the coronavirus and died.  This comment hurt my heart.  I blocked all communication-I literally made myself go away.

Now that I have blocked all communication from him, the reality is sitting in.  It was all a dream.  Its hard to forget the good things over 2 yrs that have happened.  Ill stop this for now.....beating that horse again....

I am charging my phone so that I can get to instacarting this morning.  I hate television-will try and find a good online book to read-if any suggestions-please send.  I use to read books-actually Id get lost in books for hours.  As I have gotten older it seems my attention span is not as good as it is-Ive allowed to much garbage to fill my head and forgotten how good it felt to escape in pages.

Yestgrerday I did reach out to daughters grandmother and got her address to send my box of pictures to her so that she can keep them or daughter could have them.

I being Native American believe strongly in the power of sageing.  This morning, I will get my sage out and cleanse my belongings of the energy from the past week.  Ill also sage that bracelet and bury it in the back yard.  Ive just got to move on.

That's a great way to say goodbye to the past but also.....be grateful and thank the past for the lessons you have learned. Indians also do that, I believe. You will be glad you did. I do it also :)

I never watch tv anymore.....nothing interests me but I will sit down with a good book..

It will all work out.

Being White Trash Euro Cur Dog, I, too, believe in the powers of herbal smoke. Sage is a big word. The benefits and diversity of herb power is an even bigger concept. Gentle hopes that you will let yourself get creative in tapping those powers.

Florida has some legendary sage varieties. Tropical sage is the one I have tried to grow in Central Texas and? ? ? I bet it's purtier in its native habitat. Just betting. My saltwater allergy makes Florida a might uncomfortable for me and I feel deprived for it. I like using a sage of the land I am standing on for my personal saging therapies. It really is all about location, location, location. When in the desert, do as the deserted. When in the swamps, get swamped. I haven't actually done the research, but I'll bet dollars to wishes that every ecosystem on the planet has more than one native sage variety in it.

I wonder often whether or knot to nudge you on the mother/child estrangement aches. Still just wondering as I continue cleansing my own estrangement wounds. Inside my own herstory, ^It^ be a big ol' hurt with many infected spots.
