Today I feel down in the dumps was a very intense conversation tonight with my sister about the death of my son. Normally I do not talk about it with no one. I lock all these emotions inside. I sit here alone looking at the sea shells and pictures of my son as a child. So hard to believe he is gone forever.

Konacutter, you have my sincere sympathy on the loss of your son. I can't say I understand your pain because I have not experienced that loss. I have cousin's who have lost a child and I see their grief and emptiness. All I can do is be there for them if they want to talk.
Enjoy your fond memories of your son and know we are here to listen. We are the invisible shoulders to lean on and cry on. Right now, all I can do is send hugs and tell you I am here for you if you ever want to talk.
Maybe opening up to your sister or someone close to you can help you grieve.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
HUGS,
Bruce
