Sac Surgery for Aural Fullness

Has anyone had the Endolymphatic Sac Decompression/ or Shunt surgery and found relief in the fullness symptom? This symptom seems to be my biggest issue because to my understanding of Menieres it all starts from the fullness effect. Plus by going with the surgery it also helps manage vertigo as well.
