My body is running the show these days. I would like to think my brain is, and sometimes it feels like it is, but sadly I concede my body is really in control.

Come on CM,
This is not the usual go get \'em attitude that we\'re used to. You can\'t let your body be in control, you take that control back.
That\'s sounds easier said than done I know, but from what I\'ve learnt from you is that your not willing to concede - and I\'m here to help you get back to your usual positive, in control self!
