running errands//dinner at k's//picked up paint for the furniture//worried about the missing cat
having a very long day of running errands since this morning, its 6:30 p.m. right now. FINALLY picked up the beach colors paint for the furniture and the house doors etc. paint is expensive compared to nine years ago. Walmart now has colors that are ready made unless you get glidden and I can get glidden at home depot with a larger selection or at the hope store if I wanted plain white or country white - used to be easier buying at Walmart at any hour of the night. the colors for the wood chairs is hot pink and mellow yellow. I saw it in a magazine. hope it works out as well as it looks in the photo. they sell the beach colored wooden Windsor chairs at a lot of shops, have no idea which way would have been cheaper. too late now anyway, as figuring in the cost of paint the effort doing it, the brushes etc. i also saw lime green oops paint that may be nice for stencils on the furniture. I was dragging my heels on this until I discovered doing beach colors and I liked that idea a LOT, its inspiring. the big problem now is getting this done around all the pollen that is falling EVERYWHERE. I HATE the five "falls" we have. in Miami we have none, so why so many here? still so much to do and then there is always something more. bought the exterior door paint as well. same color as the door was originally.
picked up the paper work for a for his dogs. they need to be transferred to his name. he sounds better since they took the dogs back. glad. and he found extra work, so hopefully things are looking up for him. the work is temporary until labor day. it always seems like that guy is on borrowed time.
worried about the tiger cat that is missing. my neighbor claims the foreign girl that stole the cat says it got out. hmmm. maybe it is trying to get home. but the address she lives at is over ten blocks away or more. can a cat find its way back? some can, but can all. that cat never did that well outside and used to like to come in more. i'm pissed off. did she at least put out food and water daily in the morning so it could locate where she is and where it can eat. we always have food out over here, every block does over here, but she doesn't live over here. she merely harasses everyone in our neighborhood (and this is a foreigner! wth?) no respect at all for the country she is living in. we live near a main road, what if it got hurt? @#%$&
had dinner at k's and forgot to leave early, so i'm dragging today. we tried pinot noir, my treat, because it has cherry flavoring in it. glad I tried it over there. I still prefer white or blush. we had linguini with clam sauce made from scratch with white wine. it was EXCELLENT his impromptu meals are always the best. salad, coffee and a FABULOUS apple pie with all kinds of fruit and nuts in it with whipped cream. tasted as good as the apple strudel from the European café. he says he got it at winn Dixie. have to remember to look for that. he warmed it up because he says without it the crust gets soggy.
watched "all the right moves" (1983) tom's hair looks great. it was filmed over a 7 week period in Jonesville, Pennsylvania. lea Thompson is also in it. it had mixed reviews but it used to be rb's favorite movie (probably a LOT of 18-20 year olds or younger really went for that movie actually. its very high school and young. i'm shocked I didn't see it before, though I could have just forgotten. i was with p back then and he was a movie junkie, at the movies but he never would have liked a foot ball movie, he played semi-pro soccer. also watched frazier which is addictive and hilarious.
stopped at the insurance guy for copies of insurance forms and was hoping to do things with my car and laundry but my back is killing me. what I need right now, is a nap and then see if I can keep going. also my stomach is messed up from lunch so had to take tums. old age sucks.

I hope your cat finds his way home. Paint is expensive but most things are anymore. Im sure it will look nice when your done. Hope you feel better.
poor cat...ten blocks should be nothing for a cat to find its way back---though its people the cat has to worry about.
vote trump;)....i went into a store in nearby town ruined by illegal aliens, with the man behind the counter having for his first words to me: are you gonna vote?
epsom salts and lots of long baths to cure back aches---i\'ve fallen a million times on my back, with no permanent pain.
doctor sarno...youtube videos from 20/20 and howard stern: his theory that back pain is all about stress, with stress reducing oxygen to bones and muscles....and that back doctors have little success when they do operate on people with back pain.
Penntucky: what about damage to the spine? don\'t know what mine is. its neck and shoulders from the car accident. worse every year actually. the last chiropractor was actually good. he used an activator in the nerve bundles and that helped a lot and then a vibrator. much less violent than traditional chiro.
Annie: my back always hurts annie. soon after i wake up, i\'m in pain. i\'ll try not carrying a purse or carrying it elsewhere. makes sense that that would aggravate it to more pain.
that was also back in the years when kaswa was poisoning people - danp caught her doing that the FIRST day i was in florida. he couldn\'t believe it. and it was before she was brought to court on rape charges in new york and florida. raping men. back then i didn\'t even know girls could be charged with that. so you get away from the northeast, which is loaded with various criminals and then you still have to deal with jealous kaswa and later still more assholes like that, though there is nothing worse than being drugged or poisoned, no way to defend yourself from it and so many permanent conditions happen from it. scary. peterh was around back then, he stole the remainder of my paycheck from another movie in 82 after paying sag fees that took 3 years to get back and a lawsuit. he also stole one of the checks from something with this and i don\'t think i ever got that one back - will have to check the files. its the only way to keep track of all that crap. the guy was a total thief and his father kept paying for the lawsuits. and its like, mister your son is 20 years old, let him go to jail. to this day peterh has never had a job and never finished college. his family is always pointing out to him, most people work for a living peter. lol. he lives in their beach house on long island and lives off of and travels with whatever money he received when his father died. his sister moved to the opposite coast where she went to college to be as far away from him as possible. won\'t list the reasons on that one yet, its gross. he is also the one who\'s mother was a nurse from a county college, but he insisted that the county college SHE went to was the equivalent of harvard. i think he had really serious mental troubles besides just schizophrenia. though schizo is very serious to begin with. his father said he was deteriorating for years, ever since they moved around between countries when he was 7, but his mother claimed all of that happened way before that. so where does that come from? schizophrenia is supposed to be genetic. just wondering. he thinks its from his mother because his half sister from his mother\'s next marriage also never works and doesn\'t seem to be able to stick with anything
