run 4 miles

I have actually already done 4 miles. I did it yesterday but I want to be able to do it every day.
Boy am I sore!

Congrats on the 4 miles.The weather will be changing soon so that will be even better for you. I know that you\'ll be a success no matter what your goals are. Are you planning to run more than 4? If so, please be careful! How is precious Sweetie doing?
