Round & Round
Well, what to say, where to begin??
I think if there was a graph that could show my physical life the last while, well, it would be one crazy ride I tell ya. I've had a lot of times where I felt like someone gave the world a quarter turn & things just weren't right.
My hubby brought up that I seemed to have some issues occur after my flu shot & I hadn't thought of that. I know it's quite common for some people to experience things for a bit after the shot but I'm usually really good with it. Oh well, the main thing I like to stop & remind myself is that each day I move forward I can leave all the other stuff behind me.
I've had some real digestive issues going on & I just can't begin to put a finger on it cause it seems to be the whole thing. I all of a sudden get horrible acid reflux attacks like someone almost stabbing me, you know, right under the rib cage, yet I've had some issues going at the other end, real real irregularities, I'll leave it at that. My dr did some tests & when I went back for the results I was really disappointed as I left there not really feeling like I learned anything & that we had both wasted our time & this is really not like him. So, I'm going back Friday morning & instinct is telling me that I shd see abt getting a referral to a gasto enterologist who I had seem yrs back & who diagnosed by celiacs disease. Without elaborating to me I feel like there are some things that just aren't right for me, for what I know abt my body. But then what makes he hesitant is I can all of a sudden have a day where everything feels almost normal & then I question bothering my dr. Did I have a bug, was it the flu shot, is it the lupus meds, is it ???????????????????????? on & on. But so far I'm telling myself I'm keeping this appt.
Mother nature has pulled some not nice stuff on us lately, way too early as far as I'm concerned. We didn't really get a nice long fall season to enjoy leaves & such cause wind problems seemed to speed up that process too much. At least snow is still not in the picture, that I'm not ready for.
My dads life we all take day by day & focus on the here & now. I find there are moments where my mind wants to wander too far ahead & I always stop myself cause I do feel that that won't accomplish anything for the here & now. I remind myself to stop & stay in the here & now & make the ultimate best of it.
Hubby is doing pretty darn good most of the time. I feel so so bad lately cause with my bad days where I've just not been functioning he's carrying what I think is way too big of a load & I now wonder if maybe thats helping me push myself to right things faster, who knows huh.
All in all I think thats abt it for now. I so so appreciate the time that my dear friends can give to reading my going on & on here. I do so love you all & you're so important to my life.

You seem to always know what is best for you! I agree with Rusters you are an amazing women. Make that appointment and take care business. I am sorry your not feeling like yourself. Glad to hear you take things one day at a time. Best way to live. Love you to the moon and back again.

Your instincts are usually spot on aren\'t they? : ) I would say to do whatever gives you peace my friend. I was hoping to hear you were all recovered. I know it\'s frustrating! Glad hubby is doing well though. I think the same thing about day by day about my dad. He is still in the hospital after 2 weeks. I keep telling him, let\'s just focus on today. I\'m dreading winter too. I usually don\'t say that but since I missed summer and part of fall with my ankle, I don\'t want to let go of fall, ever lol. Please take it easy and focus on whatever you think is right. I\'d put my money on your instincts : ). xoxo
