Rough day
Today was a rough day Im having alot of anxiety right now. My doctor told me to drop my Zoloft down to 25MG instead of 50, This evening I am struggling with anxiety, not sure how long these side effects will last with this, but this is hard..

I hope you start feeling better soon. If it doesn't go away, you may want to ask your doctor for an anti anxiety medication like Klonopin.
Yeah this is normal I called and talked to her today about some of the side effects I was having. I just had a good cry and I feel a little better now
