T-Man did it again.  He went to attendance to see if he could be sent home because he wasn't "feeling well".  Sorry buddy - no can do.  I told the attendance woman to put a call into the assist. prin..  He eventually called me back and said he'd talk to T.  He said if there was a problem - he'd let me know.  Guess T-Man didn't leave school.  He also didn't come home after school.  His counselor showed up at our home, however.  T came strolling home at 8PM and surly - mad at me because I wouldn't get him at school!  This 17 year old acts a preschooler!  Except a preschooler wouldn't swear!  Preschooler don't bring home homework, either. Earlier in the day I had to call his counselor, case worker, and PO to let them know about the shady conversation I saw on-line T had with an "new" old friend.  Based on the conversation, it seems as if they are old using buddies.  Long story short - they started talking drugs - where to get some and what kinds.  His friend asked T if he was interested in making some money.  T said yes.  T also asked him if he would front him and his friend said he would be then he's really going have to sell.  Isn't that lovely? My hubby and I ended up going to the fundraiser the following night to help out.  My husband is such a "suck up" (that is a running joke we have about some parents who suck up to the Principal) and asked the Principal if he needed any more people the next night.  They did and we went.  This fundraiser collected $52,000 gross.  Made $32,000 for the soccer/football fields.
