Rock 'N' Roll Christmas

The 1950's classic, "Jingle Bell Rock", made Bobby Helms a legend,,and made Christmas a Rock "N" Roll experience.  Helms was just 19 when he recorded "Jingle Bell Rock" in December of 1957.  It sold three million copies the first week out.  He says he didn't even like "Jingle Bell Rock" at first, but figures the foot-stomping rock 'n' roll, beat, along with the bells, made it the hit it was.  The song took only 15 minutes to record.  They ran through it twice and there it was.  The song has sold more than 30 million copies and other artists have made hits of it.
