Roadtrip
Went to the Abilities Expo in NJ! Yay!
Got reminded time and time again that I'm now considered disabled. Not so yay! ...and before any offense is taken, it's always been a non-issue... until it became me.
Spent the rest of the afternoon in utter devastation that this was something, with my own body, that I could neither fix nor control. I lost weight, dammit! I've always been active, even with the weight! I played basketball, I've had parts in plays, I ran track and field and never placed anything lower that a bronze, dammit!
I chased children and puppies! And cats! I've pulled people out of a burning house. I've been active, dammit!
