Ringing in the Ears

 My husband fell a couple of weeks ago at a party and his head hit the pavement- no bleeding but has h been havng ringing in the ears- LOUD, and he went to the dr and he didn't seem to care about it but it's driving him crazy, does anyone have any info on this matter? I was talking to my dad at home and he said he might not be bleeding outside but maybe inside, so now we are worried and I can't believe the dr wasn't concerned about this, he doesn't want me to tell his parents at home (miles away) and worry then, so I am here talking to my friends.
