Rheumy appointment
Saw my rheumy today. He gave me a local anaesthetic in my left wrist joint to try and ease the pain. There is a 50/50 chance it will affect me at all though so fingers crossed it works. He told me to not use my left wrist/hand at all so work is a bit of a struggle at the moment but it will be worth it when the pain goes away. Blood results from last month show that I am chemically in remission. But physically I do not feel it. Spose we will have to wait and see. All for now

Can you train yourself to use your feet? ;o) Do know if your doc considered something like kenalog or cortisone? I only learned about kenalog last week or the week before, when several people posted that they had used it.
Sometimes it\'s very frustrating that docs lean so heavily on test results, but don\'t seem to notice the pain we\'re in. I sure hope you find some quick relief, Lucy. Best wishes.
