rheumatologist appointment- frustration

Just went to my second rheumy appt, updated him on my current status, he said fine i'll see you in four months and if you are still doing better I'll start taking you off the medications. What? how could you take me off the medicine, I am not healed or anything, I am just temporary stable. Whats the motive here?
