Aspire Pakenham’s outdoor facilities include different playground areas, a cubby house, veggie gardens, bike paths, sand pits, and dry creek beds. Additionally, our programs actively promote the message of environmental consciousness and sustainability. The development of social skills in long day care helps children begin to form healthy relationships and friendships with others. Children learn how to communicate with peers and educators, how to get along with others, share, take turns and communicate their ideas. With 12 years of experience in Early Education and as a parent myself, I understand the importance of creating a home away from home where families feel supported and children thrive. Our sustainability program promotes environmental awareness and responsibility among the children through hands-on experiences with our veggie garden and worm farm. Our Pakenham centre is equipped with 98 solar panels, significantly reducing our carbon footprint and teaching children the importance of renewable energy. Under the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), families are allowed 42 absence days per child, per financial year.
