Retreat progress
These steps have happened this week: 1. Came to agreement with manager of artist/musician to serve as the spiritual advisor/guide for the retreat;2. Found a weekend in May during which the campground is available;3. Formed Memorandum of Understanding with Oklahoma Coalition Against Domestic Violence and SexualAssault (www.ocadvsa.org) to partner in this project;4. Ten "Count me in!" responses so far; 30 to go (40 total needed).

This sounds like such a wonderful thing, good for you for organizing it! I really wish I could be there.... if I knew how to do it I would love to put something like it together in my area. I love my DS sisters and brothers but sometimes, when I am away from the computer, it gets lonely in this struggle. I\'d really like the opportunity to meet other survivors face to face. Hmm, I may actually look into what I might be able to do like this in my community. Thanks, Matt. *hugs*
