well some good news and some bad,my growth hormone levels are down but my IGF1 is still above 900 my testosterone levels are a bit on the low side to he said so hes put me on testosterone patches to help .Hes now saying that i will have to have radio therapy  but i have to go and see the guy who does it im still on the ocreiotide injections and hes still pushing for pegvisimont for me oh and a good thing ive lost 1.6kg yaaaaaaaah but still 12kg heavier than i was pre op he says the patches should help in the weight loss area so thats the news for now im swampy and your not QQQQQQQQQQQQQUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Glad to hear you got some good news, swampy!! I go to my endocrine doc tomorrow and am hoping for some good news as well...hugs!

wow lot\'s going on more good then bad....after my surgery whe my labels weren\'t down I was told I might need radiation but my second opinion \"quack\" said it should be my last intervention....so I waited ..still waiting....talk about a rollercoaster!!!! i guess enjoy the ride!!!

wow that is a loy going on, i wouldnt have known where to negin with it all. your an amazing person swampy. im with faye, if the radiation helps then thats a good thing right? many hugs it must be so frightening for you xxx its good news about the growth hormones and i never heard of patches before. just glancing at your journal earlier i thought you were talking about smoking patches...lol silly me. sounds like you need to take a deep breath and and think positive xxx i will be too for youx
