Resting today.

Hi all!!I should really be packing, but i decided to take a rest today. I couldn't get to my counseling appt today, so Nikki and I had a phone appt. instead. Those are better than nothing. She says that I am doing very well, and that she feels I will easily make the transition to Arkansas. I told her about resisting the urge to purge the other night, and she said to move that goal along a bit...Also, speaking of goals... i was able to sweep the floor downstairs without my cane for the 1st time this morning! YAY!!
