As you would expect, however, Okami Frankston tends to fill up quickly so reservations for this Beach Street restaurant are essential. The Degani Cafe in Westfields Southland has been trading well since 2018. It has a designated seating area to hold over 50 guests. This prime location is near Woolworth's and a kid's play area - making this a great stop for parents whilst they are shopping. Lease ends July 2024 with an option for a further 5 years. The cafe has an excellent fit out and is well presented.

A serve of the scallop dumplings were rock hard and tasted like they were 3 months old. The biggest waste of money I have ever experienced. Family-friendly canteen with wooden tables dishing up global food, with an all-you-can-eat offering. We stumbled across this restaurant by accident but we are so glad we did! Their dumplings, particularly their pan-fried pork & cabbage dumplings are delicious, served in generous portions and reasonably priced. Their stir-fried dishes are delicious too and to top it off, the service we received from their attentive staff has been great.
