RESISTANCE
have felt I have been in resistance, but I have no idea to why. This morning in my breath/quiet time as I became centered and was breathing, I surrendered my resistance. I didn't ask what it was I was resisting, I didn't ask what to do; I simply surrendered. A picture appeared of a drill drilling down into the dark soil and a voice said "we are going to enter here, but first I want you to embrace your resistance; I want you to embrace your resistance; I want you to hold your resistance to your heart." Tears...lots of tears. As I held my resistance, I felt a deep, deep, deep love for myself. A unconditional love for self. Then I heard "my Dear Vicki you cannot become non-resistant until you embrace your resistance." More tears. My friend mentioned as we continue on this path the breath will becomes more soft and gentle and we will find more compassion, empathy and love. This morning, my breathe did not seem so forced; but rather it seemed to be soft and gentle and I was able to embrace my resistance. Sometimes (well maybe a lot of the time) I sense I (got that, I) try too hard...when it is simple. What a precious gift this a.m. xo

XO What does it mean? Resistance to fearing? Accepting that you are afraid, and it\'s okay to feal afraid? Or was it a feeling of relief? It reads like you processed something, mainly a repressed feeling.
I find it odd that I\'m going through the same realization.
Have as wonderful day as possible.
I do not know what I am afraid of...that is not important to me right now. I know I felt unconditional love for self when I allowed and embraced the resistance...I know I am willing to keep on drilling! lol! .I am going to have a good day..ready to go to the Y after being off 3 days and then to work a bit..I love my work. Gotta scoot! xx
So it was experiencing the feeling of, \"unconditional love for self\", that was so relieving and beautiful! Excellent. Final acceptance of the Self unconditionally.
Tears of joy.
YES! xo
Surrender to the resistance. It\'s beautiful. I\'m holding you in warm and soft light today.
Drilling....that\'s a good word! :)
