The Personal Development course which you can take is the MDP. The MDP is Developed to educate you about becoming another administrator of a private school or a public college. The MDP is not meant to Train you about Teaching in general, but it's Designed to Teach you specific regions of Training you will utilise in the Boardroom. It's Developed to Teach you about Training, not about Teaching. Staff members are not required to take part in all of the training they are assigned to participate in.
